In 2012, ELPL partnering with Italian renowned brand Lotto Sports Italia which is sports fashion brand and country’s first international sports fashion brand. ELPL also partnering with Lee Cooper 2019 which is English- American clothing and footwear manufacturing company, based in London since 1908. Mr. Jamil capitalized on knowledge, expertise and skills to propel his newly founded company forward. The introduction of factory automation, long distance retailing and modernized apparel & shoe making ensured the profitability of the company from the very beginning. It is now the Bangladesh’s largest manufacturer and marketer of sports lifestyle, fashion, footwear operating across the country. Since its founding, it has been at the forefront of innovation; not only in the production and design of new styles, but in the creation of business models that permit a quick response to the ever-changing wants and needs of our customers.

In June 1973 the Lotto made its debut among sports footwear manufacturers. Tennis shoes signaled the beginning of production, followed by models for basketball, volleyball, athletics and football. Sports clothing took the stage afterwards. In the first 10 years, Lotto focused on the Italian market, becoming a reference brand in the sports articles segment and a leading company in tennis. LOTTO begin to create its first football boot models in 80’s and sign major collaboration agreements with internationally renowned players and teams – John Newcombe, Andrei Gomes and José Luis Clerc in tennis, and Ruud Gullit and Holland in football. Their involvement in both the design and fine-tuning of the products together with their image led the company to become a leader in tennis and football. This same period, LOTTO expand into the export market. International growth continued rapidly and ten years later the brand was being distributed in more than 60 countries around the world.

Today, the performance segment has now been strengthened, in line with the new corporate mission. Special focus is given to footwear and technical clothing for football and tennis, also supporting the brand’s worldwide leadership with products that are right on the cutting edge in terms of innovation and design. In parallel, based on production, technical and stylistic know-how, an idea has been developed for men’s and women’s leisure clothing and footwear with a sport-inspired image and taste in terms of the selection of fabrics, colors and styles.

At present, LOTTO distributes its products in over 100 countries, through independent sports article stores, specialized chain-stores and large stores with specialized sports departments.

Lee Cooper is an English-American clothing and footwear manufacturing company, based in London, that specializes in denim products. As well as its own production, the company licenses the sale of many Lee Cooper-branded items worldwide. ELPL now one of the licensee of Lee Cooper. Founded by M. Cooper (Overalls) Ltd, the company originally produced workwear for export from England, and began to specialize in denim jackets and trousers in the 1930s. Current products by Lee Cooper include jeans, denim t-shirts, sneakers, backpacks, and fanny packs.
