EXCHANGE POLICY
- Customers can exchange their purchased item in fresh/unused/saleable condition within 3 (Three) days after receiving the same..
- Only the Product size can be exchanged.
- Customers can only exchange their item with an online purchase invoice & original shoe box and packaging.
- Customers can exchange their purchased items through any Lotto Flagship retail outlets under the terms of this Exchange Policy.
- Customers can also exchange his/her items by placing exchange requests through the hotline number 09666766866.
- Delivery cost in terms of exchange under the terms of this Exchange Policy will be borne by the Customer.
- How many times will be available? - An exchange can be done only once.
- Which products cannot be exchanged? - Discounted and undergarment products.
- From where can I exchange my product? - You can exchange the purchased items through any of Lotto's own retail outlets under the terms of this Exchange Policy
- Is it possible to process an exchange request through the call center? - Express Hub will accept any exchange request through the call center
At ExpressHub, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience for all our customers. To make returns and exchanges easier for our Cash-on-Delivery (COD) customers, we have outlined the following policy:
1. Eligibility for Return
You may request a return or exchange if:
- You received a factory-defective product
- You received the wrong product (wrong size, color, or model)
- The product is damaged upon delivery.
- Change of Mind (Return charge is applicable)
2. Eligibility for Exchange
You may request a return or exchange if:
- You received a factory-defective product
- You received the wrong product (wrong size, color, or model)
- The product is damaged upon delivery
- You want to change the size of the ordered product (subject to stock availability)
3. Conditions for Return & Exchange
To qualify:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All tags, labels, boxes, and packaging must remain intact
- The request must be made within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery
- Proof of purchase (Order ID, phone number, or invoice) must be provided
ExpressHub reserves the right to decline a request if the product shows signs of usage, damage, or tampering.
4. Refund Policy (For COD Orders)
- Refunds will be processed only through mobile banking (bKash/Nagad)
- Refund processing time: 5–7 working days after product verification
- Delivery charges are non-refundable (except for defective/wrong items sent by ExpressHub)
5. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
- Innerwear, socks, undergarments
- Discounted, flash sale, surprise box products (exchange depends on campaign terms)
- Products damaged by customer misuse
