  1. Customers can exchange their purchased item in fresh/unused/saleable condition within 3 (Three) days after receiving the same..
  2. Only the Product size can be exchanged.
  3. Customers can only exchange their item with an online purchase invoice & original shoe box and packaging.
  4. Customers can exchange their purchased items through any Lotto Flagship retail outlets under the terms of this Exchange Policy.
  5. Customers can also exchange his/her items by placing exchange requests through the hotline number 09666766866.
  6. Delivery cost in terms of exchange under the terms of this Exchange Policy will be borne by the Customer.
