EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. Customers can exchange his/her purchased item in fresh/unused/saleable condition within 3 (Three) days after receiving the same.
  2. An exchange can be done for once with the product(s) of the same and/or higher value subject to payment of the price difference.
  3. Customers can only exchange his/her item with an online purchase invoice & original shoe box and packaging.
  4. Customers can exchange his/her purchased items through any Lotto Flagship retail outlets under the terms of this Exchange Policy.
  5. Customers can also exchange his/her items by placing exchange requests through email at customercare@expressleatherbd.com and the respective items must be reverted to Express Hub e-commerce, Ashraf Shetu, Tongi, 1710, Dhaka. Such exchange will be processed within 30 (thirty) working days after receipt of the item(s) in accordance with the terms of this Exchange Policy.
  6. Delivery cost in terms of exchange under the terms of this Exchange Policy will be borne by the Customer.

  • - Discounted and undergarment products.
  • From where I can exchange my product?
  • - You can exchange the purchased items through any Lotto own retail outlets under the terms of this Exchange Policy
  • Is it possible to process exchange request through call center?
  • - Express Hub will NOT accept any exchange request through the call center. You need to place exchange requests through email at customercare@expressleatherbd.com
