Returns & Refund Policy

If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please Click Here to raise a return request fill up the form accordingly. Return request must be raised within 7 from the date of delivery. Please note it is the customers' responsibility to cover the cost of return.

  1. Delivered product is damaged (i.e. physically destroyed or broken) / defective (e.g. unable to switch on)
  2. Delivered product is incomplete (i.e. has missing items and/or accessories)
  3. Delivered product is incorrect (i.e. wrong product/size/color, fake item, or expired)
  4. Delivered product is does not match product description or picture (i.e product not as advertised)
  5. Delivered product does not fit. (i.e. size is unsuitable)

For selected categories, we accept a change of mind. Please refer to the section below on Return Policy per Category for more information.

Shoes, Apparels, Sandal & Slippers: If the item received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, a refund will be issued based on Express Hub assessment. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with their tags intact. Any items found used will be rejected and returned back to customers.

Bags & Luggage, Outdoor Equipment, Fitness & Other Accessories: If the item received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, a refund will be issued based on Express Hub assessment.

Gift Voucher: Non-returnable

  1. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. For fashion products, products may be tried on to see if the item fits. This will still be considered as unworn.
  2. The product must include the original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, invoice and accessories.
  3. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer's packaging/box. If the product was delivered in Lotto/ Lee Cooper packaging/box, the same packaging/box should be returned. Do not put tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer's packaging / box.
  4. Note: It is important to indicate the Order Number and Return Tracking Number on your return package to avoid any inconvenience/delay in your return process. While handing over your package to Drop-Off station/ Courier, please collect the Express Hub Return Acknowledgment paper and reserve it for future reference.

Contact: 09666766866 Please note: Unfortunately, you can't return underwear, items that deteriorate or expire rapidly, or any items that have been inseparably mixed after delivery. All personalized items, including football shirts and boots, are non-refundable.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We try and process all returns as quickly as possible for you to get your refund. You should receive a confirmation email within a week of having returned the item but it takes longer sometimes.

Any refunds will be refunded to the same payment method you used when you placed the order.

If your order was paid part or in full by a gift card, the refund will be issued as a gift card or e-voucher up to the value of the gift card you used. At which point, any funds owed that are remaining will be refunded onto the other payment methods used.

When you send back an item for an exchange it depends on stock availability at the time. If we don't have the item you want to exchange to, we will process a refund instead.

You should receive an email with the details of your return and if we are providing you with an exchange or a refund.
