শর্তাবলী

1. লোটো ৳১০০ মুল্যের ভাউচার লোটো এবং লি কুপার ব্রান্ডের ৪৯০৳ বা তার অধিক মূল্যের বিল বা ইনভয়েসে যেকোনো পণ্য ক্রয়ের জন্য ব্যবহার করা যাবে।

2. এই ভাউচার ব্যবহার করার সময় গ্রাহকরা অন্য কোনো অফার নিতে পারবেন না।

3. এই ভাউচার ব্যবহার করার সময় Lotto Privilege Club পয়েন্ট সংগ্রহ করা যাবে না/ সংগ্রহিত হবে না।

4. ভাউচারের অর্ডার করার জন্য প্রি পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি ব্যবহার করে পেমেন্ট করতে হবে। লোটো ভাউচার ক্রয় করার ক্ষেত্রে ক্যাশ-অন-ডেলিভারি প্রযোজ্য নয়।

9. একটি ভাউচার শুধুমাত্র একবার ব্যবহার করা যাবে।

10. একটি ইনভয়েসে একাধিক ভাউচার ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।

11. লোটো ভাউচার পুনরায় বিক্রয়যোগ্য নয়৷

12. লোটো ভাউচার ব্যবহার করে ক্রয়কৃত পণ্য পুনরায় বিক্রয়যোগ্য নয়।

13. লোটো ভাউচার ব্যবহার করার সময় প্রিভিলেজ ক্লাব পয়েন্ট রিডিম করা যাবে না।

14. ভাউচারের মেয়াদ ইস্যুর তারিখ থেকে ৭ দিন হবে।

15. গ্রাহকদের প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য লোটো ফ্ল্যাগশিপ আউটলেটে রক্ষিত ভাউচার রেজিস্টারে প্রদান এবং স্বাক্ষর করার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।

16. একজন গ্রাহক এক দিনে একাধিক সংখ্যক ভাউচার আলাদা আলাদা ইনভয়েসে ব্যবহার করতে পারেন।

17. একটি ইনভয়েসে একই আর্টিকেল সর্বোচ্চ ৩টি পণ্য ক্রয় করতে পারবেন।

18. সমস্ত ভাউচার কোড ইস্যুকারী কোম্পানির সম্পত্তি। ইস্যুকারী কোম্পানি প্রয়োজন মনে করলে কোনো ভাউচার কোড বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

19. ইস্যুকারী কোম্পানি সময়ের প্রয়োজন বিবেচনা করে, ভাউচার ক্যাম্পেইনের শর্তাবলীতে পরিবর্তন আনতে পারে।

20. লোটো পরিবারের সাথে সম্পৃক্ত কোন ব্যক্তি লোটো গিফট ভাউচার কিনতে অথবা ব্যাবহার করতে পারবে না।

	Terms and Conditions
1	Lotto Tk. 100 Bajimat Voucher can be used to purchase Lotto and Lee Cooper Branded products with Invoice / BIll Value of ৳490 or more, applicable on any category.
2	Customers cannot avail any other offer while using this voucher.
3	Lotto Privilege Club point is not collectable while using this voucher.
4	Customer has to pay using available pre-payment methods to place an order for vouchers. The cash-On-Delivery method is not available for purchasing Lotto Vouchers.
5	Unique Voucher Code will be sent directly to the Shipping Mobile Number through SMS service within 48 hours of placing the order. Hence, it is requested to re-confirm the “Shipping Mobile Number” while placing the order.
6	Customers are instructed not to share the voucher code with anyone.
7	Lotto Vouchers can only be redeemed in Lotto Flagship Outlets. Addresses of all Lotto Flagship Outlets will be available on the voucher page. Redeeming Lotto Vouchers in Stores of Franchisee and Wholesalers is not allowed.
8	One customer can purchase multiple vouchers in a single order.
9	One voucher can only be used once.
10	Using multiple vouchers in a single invoice is not allowed.
11	Reselling Lotto Vouchers is not allowed.
12	Reselling products purchased using Lotto Vouchers is not allowed.
13	Redeeming Privilege Club Points while using Lotto vouchers is not allowed.
14	Validity of the vouchers will be 7 days from the date of issue.
15	Customers shall provide required information and sign the voucher register available in Lotto Flagship Outlets while using Lotto Vouchers.
16	A single customer can use multiple numbers of vouchers for different invoices in a single day.
17	An invoice can have maximum 3 products of same article number.
18	All voucher codes are the property of the issuing company. The Issuing Company reserves the right to void any voucher code if deemed necessary.
19	The issuing company can bring changes to the terms and conditions to the voucher campaign considering the necessity of time.
20	Person related to Lotto Family are not allowed to purchase or use Lotto Bajimat Voucher.
