1. Gift vouchers can only purchase regular Lotto and Lee Cooper Brand products sold on MRP.
2. A unique Voucher Code will be sent directly to the provided Mobile Number through SMS service within 48 hours of placing the order. Hence, the mobile number is requested to be re-confirmed while placing the order.
3. The validity of the vouchers will be 120 days from the date of purchase.
4. Gift vouchers can only be redeemed in Lotto Flagship Outlets. Addresses of all lotto outlets will be available on the voucher page. Redeeming Gift Vouchers in Stores of Franchisees and Wholesalers is not allowed.
5. One customer can purchase multiple vouchers in a single order.
6. A customer has to pay using available pre-payment methods to place an order for vouchers. The cash-on-delivery method is not available for purchasing Lotto Vouchers.
7. An invoice can have 3 products of the same article number.
8. If the invoice value is higher than the voucher value, the customer will pay the excess value using available payment methods. However, using payment methods to advertise special offers is not allowed.
9. If the invoice value is lower than the voucher value, the customer will not receive any refund. The remaining value will be discarded.
10. A single customer can use multiple numbers of vouchers for different invoices in a single day.
11. One voucher can only be used once.
12. Using multiple vouchers in a single invoice is not allowed.
13. Customers are requested to provide the required information and sign the voucher register available in Lotto Flagship Outlets while using Lotto Vouchers.
14. Reselling Gift Vouchers is not allowed.
15.  Reselling products purchased using Gift Vouchers are not allowed.
16. Customers cannot avail of any other offer while using this voucher.
17. Lotto Privilege Club points are not collectible or redeemable while using this voucher.
18. Customers are instructed not to share the voucher code with anyone.
19. A person related to the Lotto Family is not allowed to purchase or use a Gift Voucher.
20. All voucher codes are the property of the issuing company. The Issuing company reserves the right to void any voucher code if deemed necessary.
21. The issuing company can bring changes to the terms and conditions of the voucher campaign considering the necessity of time.

বাংলা

1. গিফট ভাউচার লোটো এবং লি কুপার ব্র্যান্ডের MRP-তে বিক্রিত যেকোন পণ্য কেনার জন্য ব্যবহার করা যাবে।
2. ইউনিক ভাউচার কোড অর্ডার দেওয়ার ৪৮ ঘন্টার মধ্যে SMS এর মাধ্যমে উল্লেখিত মোবাইল নম্বরে পাঠানো হবে৷ অতএব, অর্ডার দেওয়ার সময় মোবাইল নম্বর পুনরায় নিশ্চিত করার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।
3. ভাউচারের মেয়াদ ক্রয়ের তারিখ থেকে ১২০ দিন হবে।
4. গিফট ভাউচার যেকোন লোটো ফ্ল্যাগশিপ শোরুমে ব্যাবহার করা যাবে। সমস্ত | লোটো শোরুমের ঠিকানা ভাউচার পেজে পাওয়া যাবে। ফ্র্যাঞ্চাইজি এবং পাইকারী বিক্রেতাদের দোকানে গিফট ভাউচার ব্যাবহার করা যাবে না।
5. একজন গ্রাহক একক অর্ডারে একাধিক ভাউচার কিনতে পারবেন।
6. ভাউচারের অর্ডার করার জন্য প্রি পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি ব্যবহার করে পেমেন্ট করতে হবে। গিফট ভাউচার ক্রয় করার ক্ষেত্রে ক্যাশ-অন-ডেলিভারি প্রযোজ্য নয় ।
7. একটি ইনভয়েসে একই আর্টিকেল সর্বোচ্চ ৩টি পণ্য ক্রয় করতে পারবেন।
8. ইনভয়েসের বিল এমাউন্ট ভাউচার মূল্যের চেয়ে বেশি হলে, অতিরিক্ত মূল্য ক্যাশ, মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং অথবা ব্যাংক কার্ডের মাধ্যমে পরিশোধ করতে পারবেন। যদি ব্যাংক কার্ড অথবা মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং পেমেন্টে ক্যাশব্যাক অথবা ডিস্কাউন্ট অফার থাকে সেই ক্ষেত্রে ব্যাংক কার্ড অথবা মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং পেমেন্ট অনুমোদিত নয়।
9. ইনভয়েসের বিল এমাউন্ট ভাউচারের মূল্যের চেয়ে কম হলে, গ্রাহক কোন টাকা ফেরত পাবেন না। অবশিষ্ট মূল্য বাতিল করা হবে।
10. একজন গ্রাহক এক দিনে একাধিক সংখ্যক ভাউচার আলাদা আলাদা ইনভয়েসে ব্যবহার করতে পারেন।
11. একটি ভাউচার শুধুমাত্র একবার ব্যবহার করা যাবে।
12. একটি ইনভয়েসে একাধিক ভাউচার ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।
13. গিফট ভাউচার ব্যবহার করার সময় গ্রাহকদের প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য প্রদান এবং লোটো ফ্ল্যাগশিপ আউটলেটে রক্ষিত ভাউচার রেজিস্টারে স্বাক্ষর করার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।
14. গিফট ভাউচার পুনরায় বিক্রয়যোগ্য নয়৷
15. গিফট ভাউচার ব্যবহার করে ক্রয়কৃত পণ্য পুনরায় বিক্রয়যোগ্য নয় ।
16. এই ভাউচার ব্যবহার করার সময় গ্রাহকরা অন্য কোনো অফার নিতে পারবেন না।
17. এই ভাউচার ব্যবহার করার সময় Lotto Privilege Club পয়েন্ট সংগ্রহ করা যাবে না/ সংগ্রহিত হবে না এবং রিডিম করা যাবে না।
18. গ্রাহক ভাউচার কোড কারো সাথে শেয়ার না করতে পারবে না।
19. লোটো পরিবারের সাথে সম্পৃক্ত কোন ব্যক্তি গিফট ভাউচার কিনতে অথবা ব্যাবহার করতে পারবে না।
20. সমস্ত ভাউচার কোড ইস্যুকারী কোম্পানির সম্পত্তি। ইস্যুকারী কোম্পানি প্রয়োজন মনে করলে কোনো ভাউচার কোড বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
21. ইস্যুকারী কোম্পানি সময়ের প্রয়োজন বিবেচনা করে, ভাউচার ক্যাম্পেইনের শর্তাবলীতে পরিবর্তন আনতে পারে।
