Product Details
- Mystery Box will be live on 16 September 2024 from 5 pm and will remain live on the platform of Express Hub until the stock of the said Mystery Box lasts till 5 pm.
- Mystery Box can only be ordered on pre-payment and the customer will receive a product having a value of not less than the given amount.
- Delivery charge for the ordered Mystery Box can be applicable and the said charge will be added to the actual price of the Mystery Box. The customer must be liable to pay the total price displayed during checkout to purchase the Mystery Box.
- Mystery Box itself is a customized product and as such the customers will not have the opportunity to choose the items contained in the Mystery Box. It will be given anonymously and Express Hub shall have no liability regarding any claim concerning the product of the Mystery Box provided that the Customer remains unsatisfied with the product.
- A customer is eligible to order only one Mystery Box. Therefore, multiple orders from different devices will not be honored by a single customer.
- Mystery Box items are not refundable and exchangeable for any kind of size and color issues.
- Mystery Box cannot be ordered using any voucher.
- Mystery Box will be live as long as it is in stock. Therefore, those customers who will be able to order first shall get the Mystery Box first.
- Express Hub and the customers both acknowledge and agree that none of the product owners have any obligation whatsoever to provide any maintenance and support services to the Mystery Box items.
- Express Hub reserves the right to cancel any order for the Mystery Box provided that the customer breaches any policy of Express Hub or commits any fraudulent activity or any other activity resulting in the violation of any law or these terms and conditions. Express Hub shall not be liable for such cancellation in any manner.
