ExpressHub 149 Taka Deal

Terms & Conditions: 

• 149 Taka Deal will be live during the campaign timeline and will remain live on the ExpressHub platform until the stock of the said 149 Taka Deal lasts.
• 149 Taka Deal can only be ordered on pre-payment and the customer will receive a product having a value of not less than the given amount.
• A delivery charge is Applicable.
• 149 Taka Deal is a customized product, so customers will not have the opportunity to choose the items in the box. It will be given anonymously and ExpressHub shall have no liability regarding any claim about the product of the Surprise Box provided that the Customer remains unsatisfied with the product.
• A customer is eligible to order only one 149 Taka Deal. Therefore, multiple orders from different devices will not be honored by a single customer.
• 149 Taka items are not refundable.
• 149 Taka Deal cannot be ordered using any voucher.
• The Surprise Box will be live as long as it is in stock. Therefore, those customers who will be able to order first shall get the 149 Taka Deal first.
• ExpressHub and the customers both acknowledge and agree that no product owners are obligated to provide any maintenance and support services concerning the 149 Taka Deal items.
• ExpressHub reserves the right to cancel any order for the 149 Taka Deal provided that the customer breaches any of ExpressHub's policies or commits any fraudulent activity or any other activity resulting in the violation of any law or these terms and conditions. ExpressHub shall not be liable for such cancellation in any manner.
