Cricket South Africa (CSA) has announced Italian sportswear brand Lotto Sport as its new official technical partner

Lotto Sport is establishing the standard for Performance Sportswear and Urban Lifestyle Fashion for men, women, and children, straight from the chic coasts of Italy. With renowned origins in soccer, tennis, and fitness, Lotto Sport was founded in Italy in 1973 and offers top-notch technology for sports as well as athletic clothing and footwear for your life on the field and in the streets.

Lotto sport has started its new journey by signing an official agreement as CSA (Cricket South Africa) national team’s kit partner of all formats. On this a comment was made by Chief executive of Lotto sport south Africa  -“This is a historic moment for Lotto Sport internationally,” said Lotto Sport South Africa chief executive Yusuf Dockrat. He also added that - “Being a traditionally football and tennis brand, what better way to spearhead a footprint into global cricket than with the sponsorship of the Proteas men and women’s teams. We are extremely excited for what the future holds for South African cricket and Lotto Sport South Africa.”

Lotto’s new one-day international (ODI) kit was debut when the Proteas men’s side face Australia in a five-match series that starts on 7th September, 2023. South Africa’s 2023 ICC Cricket World Cup campaign in India got underway against Afghanistan on 29th September with the new kit from Lotto sport Italyia.

This Contract Lotto sport is offering these facilities :

• Agreement covers all CSA national teams across all formats
• Lotto to supply playing and training kits
• Deal also extends to production of merchandise and CSA staff apparel

Previously, UK-based Castore, which partnered with the national governing body in September 2021, provided CSA with its equipment. The agreement was supposed to last until September 30, 2024. Previous to that, both sides decided to end a cooperation that was supposed to go until 2023, thus CSA and New Balance signed a long-term kit arrangement that stretched from 2015 to 2021.

This collaboration is Lotto's largest step into the cricket business. Earlier Lotto is primarily known as a brand that focuses on soccer and tennis. Lotto sport Bangladesh was very proud in this historic moment.
